Terms of Service

Effective date: August 10, 2026. Guidelines for using CGFlowStudio tutorials, custom node references, and AI workflow resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CGFlowStudio ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Educational & Community Nature

CGFlowStudio provides free educational tutorials, open-source custom node directory links, and diffusion model architecture guides for ComfyUI. All workflow guides, Python code snippets, and documentation are provided for general educational purposes.

3. Intellectual Property & Open-Source Licenses

We respect creator rights and open-source licenses:

  • Custom Nodes & Repositories: Open-source custom node extensions listed in our directory remain the property of their respective author repositories and are governed by their individual licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or GPL).
  • Model Weights & Checkpoints: Open-weight models (e.g. FLUX.1, SDXL, ControlNet) are subject to their respective creator licenses (e.g. Black Forest Labs Non-Commercial / Commercial terms or CreativeML Open RAIL).
  • CGFlowStudio Tutorials: Written tutorials and original documentation published on CGFlowStudio are licensed under Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 unless otherwise stated.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on CGFlowStudio are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that custom nodes or workflow JSON files will run error-free across every hardware configuration or ComfyUI version update. You are responsible for testing workflow execution in your local environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CGFlowStudio, its maintainers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of workflows, python extensions, or model checkpoints linked from this platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
